Gin Mare (700 ml)

Mediteranski džin destilovan u kapeli iz trinaestog veka u drevnom ribarskom selu u Španiji. Svaka boca je jedinstvena jer svake godine zvijezda proizvoda, arbequina maslina, mijenja kiselost. Gin Mare se pravi i od raznih drugih biljnih sastojaka, uključujući ruzmarin, timijan, bosiljak i puno kore citrusa.

Gin je veoma biljan i aromatičan na nepcu, sa osjećajem poput parfema. Korijander, kiselkasta kleka i sok citrusa dominiraju i dovode do pikantne, začinjene završnice.

A Mediterranean gin distilled in a thirteenth century chapel in an ancient fishing village in Spain.  Every bottle is unique because every year the star product, arbequina olive, changes acidity. Gin Mare is made with a variety of other botanicals too, including rosemary, thyme, basil and lots of citrus zest.

This is very herbal and aromatic on the palate, with a perfume-like delivery. Coriander, tart juniper and citrus zest dominate and lead to a zesty, spiced finish.
