Caballito Cerrero Destilado de Agave Blanco je zanatsko meksičko piće izraženog, nesputanog karaktera, proizvedeno u malim serijama u Amatitánu, Jalisco, izvan zvanične denominacije tekile. Dobija se od mješavine sorti agave, najviše agave Azul i agave Chato, i predstavlja čistu, neodležalu esenciju same biljke. U čaši je potpuno bistro, sa svježim i živahnim aromama pečene agave, kore limete, svježe sječenog bilja, bijelog bibera i blagom mineralnom notom koja podsjeća na mokri kamen. Na nepcu je čisto i živahno, sa slojevima slatke kuvane agave, citrusa, zelene jabuke i nježnih cvjetnih tonova, poduprtih suptilnim zemljanim i slanim akcentima. Tekstura je svilenkasta, a ipak živahna, sa svježim, osvježavajućim završetkom koji se zadržava u notama bibera i slasti svježe agave. This Caballito Cerrero Destilado de Agave Blanco is an artisanal Mexican spirit with a distinctive, untamed character, made in small batches in Amatitán, Jalisco, outside the official tequila denomination. Produced from a blend of agave varieties, most notably agave Azul and agave Chato, it showcases the pure, unaged expression of the plant. In the glass, it is crystal clear, with a fresh, vibrant nose offering aromas of roasted agave, lime zest, fresh-cut herbs, white pepper, and a faint mineral note reminiscent of wet stone. The palate is clean and vivid, delivering layers of sweet cooked agave, citrus, green apple, and delicate floral tones, underpinned by subtle earthy and saline accents. The texture is silky yet lively, with a crisp, mouthwatering finish that lingers on peppery spice and fresh agave sweetness.
