Plodovi za ovaj šeri se uzgajaju lokalno u Burgundiji, u blizini Nuits-Saint-Georges, gdje je Joseph Cartron pažljivo odabrao dvije sorte. Proporcije odabranih plodova su dobro izbalansirane između gorke Montmorency trešnje i Chalonnaise crne trešnje. Konjak i kirš se dodaju u vrlo specifičnim količinama, a mješavina svih ovih plemenitih sastojaka rezultira finim, skladnim i obilatim likerom.

Ugodne i obilne arome (koštica trešnje) uvod su za obilje finoće nepca bez ikakvog osjećaja šećera. Voće dominira bogatom teksturom sa dosta slanosti.

The fruits for this are grown locally in Burgundy, near Nuits-Saint-Georges, where Joseph Cartron has carefully selected two varieties.  The proportions of the chosen fruits are well-balanced between the bitter Montmorency cherry and the Chalonnaise black cherry.   Cognac and kirsch are added in very specific quantities, and it is the blend of all these noble ingredients which results in a fine, harmonious and ample liqueur.

Pleasant and ample aromas (cherry stones) are a preamble to plenty of finesse on the palate without any sugary feeling.  The fruit dominates the rich texture with a lot of sappiness.

This bottle can last for several months after opening, provided that it is stored in a cool place away from light and heat.
