It opens with delicate aromas of citrus and peaches, while the palate unfolds with ripe fruit notes and terroir-driven minerality. A touch of lemon is left on the crisp finish.  Best served chilled, this makes for a thirst-quenching aperitif and pairs well with seafood and white meats. We recommend uncorking it with tapas, fish tacos, pan-seared pork chops, and lively salads.
