Chardonnay Vie di Romans je vrhunac vinarije. Izrađen od 100% Chardonnay, iz istorijskog vinograda sa 25 godina starom lozom i jedinstvenim teroarom koji predstavlja staro korito rijeke. Nakon pedantne fermentacije u nerđajućem čeliku u trajanju od 30 dana, vino odležava 9 mjeseci na talogu u bačvama od francuskog hrasta. Rezultat je vino koje je bogato i cvjetno u čaši, s notama sušenih nektarina i kajsija naglašenim žutim cvjetovima i kandiranom limetom. Ovo je prekrasno vino i pokazuje zašto se Vie di Romans opravdano smatra jednim od najboljih proizvođača bijelog vina u Italiji.

The Chardonnay Vie di Romans is a showstopper. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, from an historic vineyard with 25 year-old vines and an unique terroir that is an old river bed.  After a meticulous fermentation in stainless steel for 30 days, the wine is aged 9 months on the lees in French oak barrels.  The result is a wine that is rich and floral in the glass, with notes of dried nectarines and apricots lifted by yellow flowers and candied lime. It’s a gorgeous wine, and shows why Vie di Romans is justifiably regarded as one of the very top white wine producers in Italy.
