Zrelost ove plemenite burgundske sorte dolazi sa intenzivnom aromom žutog voća, posebno jabuke i kruške, oživljene suptilnom cvjetnom i citrusnom venom. Upečatljiv je zbog svog bistrog, čistog nepca. A pure Chardonnay from stony soils on the Veronese hillsides. It has a brilliant and intense straw yellow colour. The ripeness of this noble Burgundy varietal comes through with an intense aroma of yellow fruit, particularly apple and pear, enlivened by a subtle floral and citrus vein. It is striking for its clear-cut, pristine palate. It also has considerable body, supported by a crisp acidity. Serve at 10°C and pair with sushi, shellfish, salmon and poultry.
