Lagano pečena i zgnječena, ova zrna daju konačnom likeru diskretnu prepečenu aromu, puteraste note i plemenite note gorkog kakaa. Ovaj liker je neophodan u pravljenju brojnih koktela, ali i daje gurmanski šmek desertima.

Cartron selects its cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast, the world’s leading producer renowned for the quality of its production still in the hands of small, traditional family farms. 

Lightly roasted and crushed, these beans give the final liqueur a discreet toasty aroma, buttery notes and noble hints of bitter Cocoa.  This liqueur is essential in the making of numerous cocktails, but also adds a gourmet touch to desserts.
