Bourgogne Chardonnay "Laforet" Joseph Drouhin 2021

Ovo je klasično bijelo burgundsko vino i dobar uvod za vina iz Burgundije uopšte. Laganog do srednjeg tijela, ovo vino ima glatku teksturu i prilično dobru složenost ukusa. Note hrasta su prilično lagane, a u aromama i ukusima u velikoj mjeri dominiraju citrusi uz samo dašak tropskog voća, vanile i putera. Odlične je vrijednosti i dobar je spoj sa ribom i živinskim mesom.

This is a classical white Burgundy and a good entry level wine for Burgundy in general.  Light to medium in body, this wine has a smooth texture and fairly good complexity of flavour.  The touch of oak is quite light, and the aromas and flavours are largely dominated by citrus with just a touch of tropical fruits, vanilla and butter.  An excellent value and a good pairing with both fish and poultry.
