    Kada je Champagne Bollinger odlučio da se upusti u proizvodnju rosé šampanjca 2008. godine, standardi su bili bez kompromisa: vino je moralo imati svježinu, naravno, ali i strukturu i eleganciju. Bollinger Rosé je kupaža koja uključuje preko 85% vina iz Grand i Premier Cru vinograda. Sastav čine 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay i 14% Meunier.

    Dodatak izuzetnog crvenog vina sa parcela Poirier Saint-Pierre i Montboeuf u Verzenayu – ili iz vinograda u Aÿ-u – funkcioniše na isti način kao vina sa legendarne parcele Côte aux Enfants, dajući izražajnu aromatsku snagu. Vino se ističe i briljantnošću, prisutnošću i delikatnošću, karakteristikama velikih kupaža.

    Sjajan rosé sa suptilnim zlatnim nijansama, a na nosu se odmah osjeća plemenitost crvenih bobica: note crvene ribizle, trešnje i divlje jagode, uz začinski ton koji podsjeća na Bollingerovu Special Cuvée. Na nepcu se otkriva suptilna kombinacija strukture, dužine i živahnosti, sa taninskim završetkom koji potiče od dodatka crvenog vina; balončići su fini kao somot; okusi divljih bobica.

    Sa svojim intimnim i neobičnim aromama, Bollinger Rosé se može služiti uz popodnevni čaj. Takođe je savršen za piknik tokom ljetnjeg popodneva, kao aperitiv, ili uz voćni i kiselkasti desert. Da biste u potpunosti uživali u njegovom jedinstvenom stilu, bouquetu i aromama, Bollinger Rosé je najbolje služiti na temperaturi između 8 i 10°C.

    When Champagne Bollinger decided to embark on making a rosé, in 2008, its standards were uncompromising: it had to have freshness, of course, but also structure and elegance. Bollinger Rosé is an assembly of over 85% Grand and Premier crus. It is made of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier. 
    The addition of a superb red wine dosage from the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf plots in Verzenay - or the ones in Aÿ - worked in the same way as the vines of the legendary Côte aux Enfants plot, lending an assertive aromatic power. It also boasts a brilliance, presence and delicacy that are the hallmark of great blends.

    A bright rosé with subtle golden hues, on the nose one immediately notices the nobility of red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry; and a spicy touch, not unlike Bollinger's Special Cuvée.  On the palate one finds a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of the red wine dosage; bubbles as fine as velvet; flavours of wild berries.
    With its intimate and unusual flavours, Bollinger Rosé can be served for afternoon tea. It is also perfect for a picnic on a summer afternoon, as a pre-dinner drink, or served with a fruity and tart dessert. To fully appreciate its unique style, bouquet and aromas, Bollinger Rosé is best served between 8 and 10°C.
