Ovaj Barolo spaja tri prelijepa vinograda iz Serralunga d’Alba: Baudana, Cerretta i Costabella. Predstavlja klasično vino u nastajanju, sa jasnim pečatom ovog teroara i njegovih drevnih tla. Od 2009. godine, vinogradi se obrađuju u skladu sa Vajrinim organskim protokolom. Posebna pažnja posvećena je istraživanju i unapređenju biodiverziteta, ne samo u vinogradima, već i na poljima i u šumama koje okružuju vinariju. Vinarija je sertifikovana kao održiva i organska.

Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba odlikuje se kompleksnim aromama latica ruže, crne ribizle, šljive, svježih urmi, balzamičnih tonova i slatkih začina. Na nepcu pruža dug i elegantan završetak, sa notama kože, duvana, bijelog bibera, tamnih višanja, nane i crnog čaja.

This Barolo blends together three beautiful vineyards of Serralunga d’Alba: Baudana, Cerretta and Costabella. It is a classic wine in the making, with a clear signature of this terroir and its ancient soils.  Since 2009, the vineyards have been tended under the Vajra’s organic protocol.  Intense research is also placed into monitoring and improving the biodiversity of both flora and fauna not just in the vineyards, but also in the winery fields and forests. The winery is sustainably and biologically certified.

This Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba features a multi-faceted nose of rose petals, black currant, plum, fresh dates, balsamic notes and sweet spices. The mouthfeel has a very long and elegant finish, with leather notes, tobacco, white pepper, dark cherries, mint and black tea.
