Ovaj Vermentino, jedno od apsolutno omiljenih vina, ima sve što biste poželjeli u smislu mediteranskog profila. Vino je žute boje svijetle slame sa zelenkastim primjesama. Aroma se ističe mineralnim notama, nagovještajem citrusa, žutih bresaka i cvijeća, što je tipično za Bolgheri. Svježe, dobro izbalansirano i postojano, sa prijatnim, mineralnim, završnim ukusom. Uzgaja se u amfiteatru Bolgherija, gdje se takođe prave ikonična vina kao što su Ornellaia i Sassicaia. Ovaj Vermentino je odličan kao aperitiv a i idealna kombinacija sa ribom, bijelim mesom sa delikatnim sosovima, ili rižotima sa povrćem ili morskim plodovima.
One of our absolutely favourite wines, this Vermentino has everything you could want in terms of a Mediterraneanprofile. The wine is a bright straw yellow colour with greenish undertones. The aroma stands out with mineral notes, citrus, yellow peaches and floral hints, typical of Bolgheri. It is fresh, well-balanced and persistent, with a pleasant mineral finish. Grown in the Bolgheri amphitheatre – where icons like Ornellaia and Sassicaia are also made – this Vermentino is great as an aperitif and also the ideal combination for fish, white meats with delicate sauces, and vegetable or sea food risottos.
