Rock Angel, Château d'Esclans 2021

Izuzetno sofisticirani rosé je podjednako dobro napravljen i elegantan.  Kupaža sorti Grenache i Rolle (Vermentino) korišćenjem samo soka koji slobodno teče i prvog laganog presovanja. Uopšte nema maceracije, a dio soka se vinifikuje u buradima od 600 l.  Zaokružen i bogat, sa aromama jagode i crvene ribizle. Aromatični profil se povećava notama poširane breskve i cvijeća, kao i sa daškom vanile i začina. Više je gastronomsko nego aperitivno vino, a treba ga upariti sa morskim plodovima ili grilovanim mesom.

A remarkably sophisticated rosé that is both well-crafted and elegant.  A blend of Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino) this is made using only free run juice and the first light pressing.  There is no maceration at all, and a portion of the juice is vinified in 600 L barrels.  Rounded and rich with strawberry and red currant flavours, the aromatic profile is augmented by notes of poached peach and flowers, as well as a kick of vanilla and spice.  This is more of a gastronomic than an aperitif wine, and should be paired with seafood or grilled meats.
