Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry "Millesimato" La Farra 2019

From the same vineyard as the Brut Millesimato, but vinified with 16 g/L of residual sugar (vs. 10 for the Brut). The bubbles here are also extremely fine and persistent. The fresh and elegant nose, with fruity notes of apples and peaches, also offers hints of acacia blossom. On the palate it is well-balanced and silky, with an attractive zestiness and a dry finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs extremely well with fish dishes and light hors d’oeuvres.
