Parasols Rosé 2020

Osvajač zlatne medalje Gilbert & Gaillard u svakoj berbi, ovaj roze je mješavina 70% Grenache sa po 15% Syraha i Cinsaulta. Suvo vino prelijepe blijedo ružičaste boje, veoma je aromatično sa intenzivnim aromama crvenog voća i mineralnom svježinom. U ustima, kontrolisana kisjelost u kombinaciji sa aromama citrusa dodaje svježinu i daje vinu savršen balans sa crvenim plodovima i bijelim cvjetovima. Upariti sa  ribljim jelima, ljetnjim salatama, kao i mesom sa roštilja i mnogim drugim jelima u stilu Provanse. Takođe sam po sebi savršen kao aperitiv.

A Gilbert & Gaillard gold medal winner in every vintage, this rosé is a blend of 70% Grenache with 15% each of Syrah and Cinsault.  A dry wine with a beautiful pale pink colour, this is very aromatic with intense red fruit aromas and a mineral freshness. In the mouth, the controlled acidity combined with the citrus aromas add more freshness and gives the wine a perfect balance with the red fruits and white flowers.  It will pair with sh dishes, summer salads, as well as grilled meats and many other type of Provence-style dished. Also perfect by itself as an aperitif.
