Ovo vino fermentiše u hrastovim bačvama i odlezava 12 mjeseci u hrastovim bačvama od 225l (sur lie metoda) I dodatnih 8 mjeseci u boci. Pravi se na najboljem položaju za žilavku u Carskom vinogradu Ušće. Sortni sastav je nepromjenjen kao u doba Austrougarske monarhije, kada je ovo vino bilo zvanično vino Carskih dvorova, 93% Žilavka i 7% Bena. Boja starog zlata sa zelenom refleksijom, mirisa vinogradarske breskve, dunje, vaniličnih tonova i cimeta. Ukus veoma mineralan i kremast, izuzetno elegantan sa lijepim skladom slatkog i kiselog koji mu garantuju dug zavšetak i besmrtan život u našim čulima. Odlično se slaže sa morskim plodovima, morskom i riječnom ribom, piletinom i ćuretinom, pečenom prasetinom i jagnjetinom, dimljenim šaranom i pršutom. Što se tiče sireva najbolje prija uz sir iz ulja, sir iz mješine, kozji sir i edamer. Servira se na temperaturi od 18 °C.
