From the Atlas Peak region of Napa Valley – above the cloud layer and with excellent sunlight as well as diurnal temperature ranges – the Antica Cabernet Sauvignon enjoys ideal temperatures throughout the summer that allow the grapes to ripen evenly. The result is a pure, rich and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with powerful flavours of currant, blackberry, black licorice and spice. The wine’s firm and savory mid- palate ends with a long, persistent finish. Ideally paired with roasted or grilled red meats.
