Drugo vino iz Domaines Ott se dobija miješanjem grožđa iz Clos Mireille i Château de Selle i grožđa kupljenog od dva dugogodišnjeg uzgajivača. Blijede i lijepe kristalno jasne roze boje sa primjesama narandžaste, na nepcima je delikatno i voćno, sa notama bijelih bresaka i kajsija pomiješanih sa marakujom i mangom. Ukus je pun, svjež i hrskav, pojačan aromama limunove kore i slatkih začina (cimeta i kardamoma). Služi se samo ili sa morskim plodovima, bijelim mesom i konzerviranim mesom. This second wine from Domaines Ott blends fruit from Clos Mireille and Château de Selle with a portion of purchased fruit from two long-time contract growers. Pale and pretty in crystal-clear pink with orange undertones, the nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. The taste is full, fresh andcrisp, amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon and cardamom). Serve on its own or pair with seafood, white meats and charcuterie. This may be the best rosé in its category and is well-known around the world.
