Na nepcima je bogato, sa gipkim taninima i oživljeno notama vibrantne kiselosti, koje u potpunosti ističu intenzivnu postojanost i prijatnost svojih aroma. Završni ukus nudi nagovještaj duvana, tamne čokolade i bobičastog voća. Izuzetno elegantno i učvršćujuće pikantno vino velike finoće. Odlično se uparuje sa pečenim mesom. 

Pian delle Vigne has adopted the philosophy of aging in large casks that preserve the exceptional integrity of the Sangiovese berry and impart the characteristic vibrant elegance of Brunello to the wine.  The nose is delicate and complex with notes of ripe fruit, cherries, and plums, perfectly balanced with sensations of dried and candied fruit and spices. The palate is ample with supple tannins and is enlivened by a note of vibrant acidity with fully brings out the intense persistence and pleasure of its aromas. The finish offers hints of tobacco, dark chocolate, and berry fruit. An extremely elegant and bracingly savory wine of great finesse and a great pairing for roast meats.
