Bourgogne "Côte d'Or" Louis Jadot 2019

Maison Louis Jadot lansirao je novo vino, Bourgogne Côte d’Or Rouge, sa etiketom koju su dizajnirali studenti poznatog londonskog koledža za umjetnost i dizajn, Central Saint Martins.

Originalno umjetničko djelo na etiketi, „Priča o teroaru“, prikazuje suštinu ovog vina, sa dizajnom koji naglašava tri elementa koji ga čine tako posebnim: tlo, krajolik i klimu Côte d’Or.

Proizvedeno iz vinogradskih parcela koje se graniče sa prestižnim selima Côte d’Or između Marsannaya na sjeveru i Marangesa na jugu, vino je duboke boje; nos otkriva divne arome trešanja i tamnog bobičastog voća. Starenje u hrastu je dodalo suptilne naznake začina i tosta. Tanini su fino zrnasti i elegantni, a završetak je osvježavajuće sočan. Ovo mladalačko vino dobro će se sljubiti sa delikatnim jelima od mesa i sirevima; kada je starije, vino će biti idealno uz marinirano meso.

Maison Louis Jadot has launched a new wine, Bourgogne Côte d’Or Rouge, with a label designed by students at London’s famous art and design college, Central Saint Martins.

The original piece of label artwork, ‘A tale of terroir,’ captures the essence of this wine, with a design highlighting the three elements that make it so special: the soils, the landscape and the Climats of the Côte d’Or. 

Produced from vineyard plots bordering the prestigious villages of the Côte d’Or between Marsannay to the north and Maranges to the south, the wine is Deep in colour; the nose reveals lovely aromas of cherries and dark berries. Maturation in oak has added subtle hints of spice and toast. The tannins are fine-grained and elegant, and the finish is delightfully juicy.  This youthful wine will pair well with delicate meat dishes and cheeses; when older, the wine will be ideal with marinated meats.
