Samo je 3,200 boca proizvedeno od 100% sorte Garnacha iz 70-godišnjih vinograda u blizini planina Sierra de Gredos. Boja jarko ružičastih malina sa prelivanjem ljubičaste boje i metalik notama. Na nosu nudi kupine, divlje jagode, crvenu pomorandžu, note sirupa od jagode, kao i jasmin i ljubičice. Na nepcu je osvježavajuće i balzamično uz živahnost i napetost. Dobra kombinacija za suši, tunu, plodove mora, jela od riže sa plodovima mora, lagane tjestenine i čorbe od pasulja.
Huellas del Tietar is a project born in 2013 to save many of these hundred year-old (or older) vineyards from being destroyed, and to make the Tietar Valley and Sierra de Gredos a reference for high quality wines for consumers seeking experiences outside the traditional market: one that puts value on indigenous grapes, respect for the environment, the philosophy of work, and the quality of the final product.. The result, not even a decade later, are beautiful wines with gorgeous labels, produced in tiny quantities.
Only 3,200 bottles are produced of this 100% Garnacha from 70+ year-old vineyards near the Sierra de Gredos mountains. The colour is a bright raspberry rosé with violet iridescence and metallic notes. On the nose it offers blackberry, wild strawberry, blood orange and strawberry syrup notes, as well as jasmine and violet flowers. On the palate it is refreshing and balsamic with nerve and tension. A good pairing for sushi, tuna, seafood, seafood rice dishes, light pastas and bean stew.
