From Rias Baixas in the very north-west of Spain, this is a 100% Albarino, un-oaked, from the exceptional 2021 vintage. Bright straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Aromas of herbs and white fruits are followed by intense flavors balanced by elegant acidity on the palate. The aftertaste brings balsamic hints that provide a long and pleasant finish. Serve at 9 °C with a range of seafood dishes.
