Monopole je najstariji brend bijelog vina u Španiji. CVNE proizvodi ovo vino od 1915. Vino se proizvodi od 100% sorte Viura, lagano presovanog da se dobije samo sok koji se slobodno pušta, a koji se zatim vinifikuje u nerđajući čelik. Svijetlo blijedo žute boje. Nos pokazuje mirise koji podsjećaju na proljećno cvijeće i bijelo voće poput kruške, jabuke i bijele ribizle. Nepce je svileno i ugodno zbog savršene ravnoteže između strukture i kiselosti. Savršena kombinacija sa jelima od ribe, morskih plodova i rižom u kombinaciji sa ribom.
Monopole is the oldest white wine brand in Spain. CVNE has produced this wine since 1915. The wine is made from 100% Viura, gently pressed to obtain only the free run juice, which is then vinified in stainless steel. A bright pale yellow. The nose shows aromas reminiscent of spring flowers and white fruits such as pear, apple and white currant. The palate is silky and pleasing due to perfect balance between structure and acidity. A perfect match with fish, seafood and fish-based rice dishes.
